Cancellation Policy
O BEAUTY SERVICES BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a STRICT 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. All appointments have a 15 Minute grace period. Arriving 15+ Minutes late to an appointment is considered a Booking & Cancellation Policy violation and services will NOT be rendered. Cancellations MUST be made either by voice message, text, or email within the allowable time. All Booking & Cancellation Policy violations are subject to a $25 Client Retainer Fee. PRE-PAID PACKAGE SESSIONS: If you violate the Booking & Cancellation Policy on any pre-paid package session, that session will be FORFEITED. No make-ups. CLIENT RETAINER FEE DISCLAIMER: In order to maintain fairness and availability for all clients, the Client Retainer Fee allows clients to continue booking appointments and maintaining access to our services. By Booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We truly appreciate your business and mutual respect for each others schedule.
