Cancellation Policy
O BEAUTY SERVICES BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a STRICT 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. All appointments have a 15 Minute grace period. Arriving 15+ Minutes late to an appointment is considered a Booking & Cancellation Policy violation and services will NOT be rendered. Cancellations MUST be made either by voice message, text, or email within the allowable time. All Booking & Cancellation Policy violations are subject to a $25 Client Retainer Fee. PRE-PAID PACKAGE SESSIONS: If you violate the Booking & Cancellation Policy on any pre-paid package session, that session will be FORFEITED. No make-ups. CLIENT RETAINER FEE DISCLAIMER: In order to maintain fairness and availability for all clients, the Client Retainer Fee allows clients to continue booking appointments and maintaining access to our services.
