O BEAUTY SERVICES BOOKING POLICY Please allow at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation must be made either by calling, texting, or emailing within the allowable time. Late Cancellations may be subject to a $50 Client Retainer. **"No-Show" (Including arrivals 15+ minutes late) WILL BE CHARGED A $50 CLIENT RETAINER IN ORDER TO REBOOK. ***PRE-PAID PACKAGE SESSIONS: If you "No-Show" to a pre-paid package session, that session will be FORFEITED.
